BPS newsletter article

I was approached by the editor of the BPS West Midlands branch e-newsletter to write an article about my PhD research. I opted for a reflective piece discussing my positionality as an ‘outsider researcher’—one who isn’t part of the same community that the research focuses on.

I really enjoyed getting to write about my research in a non-academic tone, which I don’t usually do! (That’s also going to be my excuse for forgetting to correct all those hyphens to em dashes 😳)

Big thanks to Gemma Wood for coordinating this opportunity, and for her insightful feedback during the editing process.
